The information we collect depends on how you interact with Feast Factory and the Services.

A. Information Collected Automatically

When you download, install, and play Feast Factory on your Android device, our systems and third-party service providers automatically collect certain technical and gameplay information:

C. Financial & Purchase Data (Google Play In-App Billing)

  • Feast Factory offers optional in-app purchases (e.g., virtual currency, power-ups, ad-free upgrades).
  • All financial transactions and payments are processed exclusively and securely by the Google Play Store through the Google Play In-App Billing system.
  • Blazing Heart Studio does NOT collect, view, or store your credit card numbers, bank details, or billing addresses. We only receive a transaction receipt/token from Google Play containing purchase validation details (such as Product ID, Transaction ID, purchase timestamp, and purchase status) to credit the virtual goods to your Feast Factory account.

    • To operate Feast Factory, load your saved game state, unlock recipes and progression, and preserve your achievements across sessions.

Feast Factory does NOT access your camera, microphone, contacts, location GPS, or device storage outside its own sandboxed app directory.

6. Children’s Privacy (Google Play Families Policy & COPPA)

Protecting the privacy of young players is of paramount importance to Blazing Heart Studio.

  • Feast Factory is designed as a family-friendly mobile cooking and management game.
  • We do not knowingly collect, request, or solicit personal data from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom) without verifiable parental consent.
  • In compliance with the Google Play Families Policy and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):

Inactive accounts may be de-identified or purged after prolonged dormancy.

How to Request Account and Data Deletion

You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your Feast Factory player profile, progress, and all associated personal data at any time.

To submit a data deletion request:

    • Your in-game Player ID (found in the Feast Factory Settings menu).

    • Once your request is verified, all personal data, game progress, and identifiers will be permanently deleted from our active databases within 30 calendar days.
    • Note: Deleting your data will permanently erase all factory progress, unlocked recipes, virtual currency, and achievements. This action is irreversible.
